正常足非肥胖学龄儿童足底压力分布特征测试与分析

摘要:

用比利时Footscan足底压力分布测试系统对63名学龄儿童(其中男生33名,女生30名)进行自然行走步态测试分析,以了解正常学龄儿童步行时足底压力的动态变化特征.结果表明:男生和女生比较,左足峰值压强在第1趾骨、第1,2,3,4跖骨5个区域有统计学意义(P<0.05);右足峰值压强在第2,4,5跖骨3个区域有统计学意义(P<0.05);男生均大于女生.男生和女生的足底压力-时间曲线显示无论是男生还是女生,其足底压力曲线都表现出典型的双峰曲线图,男生的足底压力曲线各时相压力均大于女生.男、女生足底冲量最大部位集中在第2,3,4跖骨、足跟内侧、足跟外侧5个区域,冲量由大到小排序男、女有所不同,左、右足略有差异.男女生在行走过程中,左、右足足底压力各区域特征分布呈现一致性,男生大于女生,体重差异是导致男女差异的主要因素.

Abstract:

Using the Belgian Footscan plantar pressure distribution test system, 63 school-age children(including 33 boys and 30 girls) are tested for natural walking gait to understand the dynamic changes of plantar pressure during normal school-age children's walking. The result shows that, compared with boys and girls, the peak left foot pressure is statistically significant in the first phalanx, the first, second, third, and fourth metatarsal areas, each area has statistical significance(P<0.05); the peak pressure of the tight foot is statistically significant in the 3 rd, 4 th, and5 th metatarsal areas(P<0.05); boys' are larger than that of girls. The planter pressure-time curve of boys and girls shows that both boys and girls have a typical bimodal curve of the plantar pressure curve. Pressure on the plantar pressure curve of boys is greater than that of girls at all phases. The largest parts of men's and women's plantar impulses are concentrated in the second, third, and fourth metatarsals, medial heel, and lateral heel. The impulses are different from male to female, and the left and right feet are slightly different. During the walking process of boys and girls, the regional distribution of plantar pressure on the left and right feet is consistent. Boys' are larger than girls',and the difference in weight is the main factor that leads to the difference between men and women.
