西柏坡红色文化是中国红色文化的重要组成部分。以“两个务必”“赶考”等精神构成西柏坡红色精神文化是中国共产党重要的精神财富，是新中国的立国之魂。但是西柏坡红色文化的传播力、影响力远远未达到它应有的地位。利用当前传播力最强的自媒体微短视频传播西柏坡红色文化是可行的，也是必行的。我们既要动员政府文化部门、省市各级主流媒体机构，也要依靠抖音、快手、等微短视频平台，通过微短视频传播西柏坡的红色基因、红色革命史和红色文化资源，让西柏坡精神绽放新的时代光芒，提高西柏坡红色文化在全国的影响力，增强河北省的文化自信。

Xibaipo red culture is an important part of Chinese red culture. It is an important spiritual wealth of the CPC and the soul of the founding of the People's Republic of China to form Xibaipo's red spiritual culture with the spirit of "two musts" and "catching up for the exam". However, the spreading power and influence of Xibaipo's red culture is far from reaching its due status. It is feasible and necessary to spread the Xibaipo Red Culture by using the We Chat video with the strongest broadcasting power. We should not only mobilize government cultural departments, provincial and municipal mainstream media institutions at all levels, but also rely on Tiktok, Kwai and other micro short video platforms to spread Xibaipo's red gene, red revolutionary history and red cultural resources through micro short videos, so that the "Xibaipo Spirit" will shine a new light of the times, improve the influence of Xibaipo's red culture in the country, and enhance cultural confidence in Hebei Province.
