农民政治参与度是衡量我国现代化和民主化程度的一个重要指标,提高农民政治参与热情有利于国家和社会的稳定。当前农民在政治参与方面存在地区发展的差异较大、制度化参与和非制度化参与并存、主动性与被动性并存、农民政治参与网络化趋势加强等问题。农民政治参与主要受经济、文化、制度等因素影响,扩大农民政治参与,应该大力发展农村经济、健全制度化参与机制、发挥网络的正向作用、增加农民主体意识。

Farmers' political participation is an important index to measure the degree of modernization and democratization in China. Improving farmers' enthusiasm for political participation is conducive to the stability of the country and society. At present, there are some problems in farmers' political participation, such as the great differences in regional development,the coexistence of institutionalized participation and non-institutionalized participation,the coexistence of initiative and passivity,and the strengthening of the trend of network of farmers' political participation. Farmers' political participation is mainly affected by economic, cultural and institutional factors. To expand farmers' political participation, we should vigorously develop rural economy, improve institutionalized participation mechanism, play the positive role of Network and increase farmers' subjective consciousness.
