研究了包覆红磷以及Mg(OH)2对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的阻燃作用,考查了聚乙烯熔体粘度、包覆红磷、活性Mg(OH)2分别对HDPE阻燃性和力学性能的影响.发现包覆红磷和Mg(OH)2在阻燃体系中按2∶1的比例加入量16wt%时,体系阻燃性能最优;通过共混高流动性的LDPE共混体系的阻燃性和力学性能最好,所制备的材料适合挤出建筑阻燃穿线管的要求.
Abstract:The synergetic fire retardant effect of Mg(OH) 2 and encapsulated red phosphorus for HDPE materials and also mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the flame retardant effect were the best when 16 weight percent of coated red phosphorus and Mg(OH) 2 in propotion 2 to 1 were added in materials.The fire retardant and mechanical properties were the best by blending deep flowing LDPE,which was applicable for conduit for construction.
