"文学研究所"的作家培养是新中国成立后丁玲的一项重要文学实践,也是创意写作的渊源之一。丁玲"书信"表明其深度参与了"文学研究所"的实际工作。在学生培养过程中,丁玲重点关注青年作家,她与陈登科、徐光耀、李涌等人的通信展示了其对新生文艺力量的悉心指导。书信成为丁玲与学生之间文学交流的特别媒介,这种独特的文学交往既是丁玲培养作家的过程,也是宣传其文艺思想的有效渠道。丁玲的文学行为影响了整个20世纪50年代的青年作家,为他们打开了文艺创作的大门。而丁玲书信中关于"文学研究所"的内容,不仅体现了她别具一格的培养方式,也展现了其作为文学名家的品格与担当。
Abstract:The writer training of "Literature Research Institute" is an important literary practice of Ding Ling after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and it is also one of the sources of creative writing.Ding Ling's letters show that she is deeply involved in the actual work of the "Literature Research Institute". In the process of student training, Ding Ling focused on young writers, and her correspondence with Chen Dengke,Xu Guangyao, Li Yong and others showed her careful guidance to the new literary power. Letters have become a special medium for literary communication between Ding Ling and students. This unique literary communication is not only a process for Ding Ling to train writers, but also an effective channel to promote her literary ideas.Ding Ling's literary behavior influenced young writers throughout the 1950 s and opened the door to literary creation for them. The content of Ding Ling's letters about the "Literature Research Institute" not only reflects her unique training method, but also shows her character and responsibility as a literary master.

(1)1954年2月,中央文学研究所改称中国作家协会文学讲习所(文中简称“文讲所”),受文化部和作家协会领导。前后共举办学习班4期,1958年停办。1980年文学讲习所恢复。
