研究了维生素对粘红酵母生产类胡萝卜素的影响.在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析方法对培养基中维生素进行了优化,最终得出在培养基中添加VB10.2 mg/L、VB21.0 mg/L、VC0.7 mg/L时,类胡萝卜素产量可达12.35 mg/L,比对照组提高了9.78%.
Abstract:Effection of vitamin on carotenoid production by Rhodotorula glutins was studied in this paper.On single factor experiment basis,by Reponse Surface Analysis,an optimization on culture medium vitamin is carried out.By adding VB1 in the culture medium 0.2 mg/L,VB2 1.0 mg/L,VC 0.7 mg/L time,carotenoid output may amount to 12.35 mg/L,a 9.78% increase of the control group.
