2023年，习近平总书记全面深刻地阐述了教育家精神的丰富内涵，昭示新时代教师教育承担如下崇高使命：强化培育大国良师之责，夯实教育强国之基；健全中国特色教师教育体系，铸就教育强国之色；促进基础教育和高等教育协同，增进教育强国之力。新时代教师教育的实践路径，重在加强教育家精神浸入的教师一体化培育设计与落实、创建全方位协同的教师培养培训共同体、完善教师教育质量评价和激励机制、强化技术赋能高质量的教师教育数字化、浓厚校园内外尊师重教促教氛围，为实现教育强国、助推中国特色社会主义现代化建设贡献更大力量。
Abstract：In 2023, General Secretary Xi Jinping comprehensively and profoundly elaborated on the rich connotations of the spirit of educators, indicating that teacher education in the new era shoulders the following lofty missions: strengthening the responsibility of cultivating competent teachers for the great nation to lay a solid foundation for building a powerful education country; improving the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics to forge the distinctive features of a powerful education country; and promoting the coordination between basic education and higher education to enhance the strength of a powerful education country. The practical path of teacher education in the new era focuses on the following aspects: strengthening the design and implementation of integrated teacher cultivation infused with the spirit of educators; establishing an all-round and collaborative community for teacher training and development; improving the quality evaluation and incentive mechanisms for teacher education; enhancing digitalization in high-quality teacher education empowered by technology; and fostering a strong atmosphere of respecting, valuing and supporting education both on and off campus. These efforts are aimed at contributing great strength to building a powerful education country and boosting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics for modernization.
