一种利用无人机装设的输电线路用接地装置设计

摘要:

在输电线路停电检修作业中,装设接地线需要作业人员爬塔后手动装设,该工序劳动强度大、危险系数高、消耗工时长.针对上述问题,提出了一种通过无人机(UAV)装设的接地装置,该装置通过无人机下的遥控电磁铁进行离合装设,就位后利用凸轮对导线进行夹紧,通过凸轮与导线间的正压力使其压紧后产生自锁效应,从而保证装置与导线的良好固定.该凸轮通过具有自锁性能的蜗轮蜗杆减速器进行驱动,来强化与导线间的固定.同时,为了更好地利用无人机的有效荷载,该装置还具有导引线与接地线的替换功能.无人机对其进行提升时,挂接轻型导引线,固定在导线上以后,可将导引线替换为较重的接地线.经现场试验,该装置可以方便快捷地装设、收取于导线上,锁固后可进行导引线和接地线的替换.

Abstract:

In the maintenance of power transmission lines, grounding wires is manually installed by workers,which requires tower climbing. This process is highly labor intense, highly risky, and long working hours consumed.A grounding device installed through unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV) is proposed to address the above issue, which is attached/unattached by a remote control electromagnet under UAV. After positioning, a cam in the device will clamp the cable. The positive pressure between the cam and the cable causes a self-locking effect after compression,ensuring good fixation of the device and the cable. The cam is driven by a worm gear reducer which is self-locking to strengthen fixation with the cable. Meanwhile, in order to better utilize the payload of UAV, the device also has the function of replacing guide wires and grounding wires. When the drone is lifting, a light guide wire is attached to the device after fixed on the cable, the guide wire can be replaced with a heavier grounding wire. After on-site testing,the device can be conveniently and quickly installed and collected on the cable, and after being locked, it can be replaced with the guide wire and grounding wire.
