将26名中学生网瘾者随机分为实验组与对照组,并对实验组进行12次以自我控制为主的团体辅导,实施团体辅导前后采用网络成瘾问卷、自我控制问卷等进行测量,结果发现,团体辅导后,实验组被试的自我控制水平显著提高,且网络成瘾以及抑郁和焦虑的情绪困扰也得到了相当程度的改善.说明以自我控制为主的团体辅导对中学生网瘾具有积极的干预效果.
Abstract:26 middle school students with internet-addiction are divided into experimental and control group.Self-control-based group guidance is carried out for 12 times on the experimental group.And internet-addiction and self-control questionnaires are adopted for measurement before and after the implementation of group guidance.It is found that the self-control level of the experimental group,the internet-addiction as well as the depressed and anxious emotion are improved greatly after the group guidance,suggesting that self-control-based group guidance has a positive intervention effect on the internet-addiction of middle school students.
