大学生有序政治参与是指大学生为了维护自己、群体或国家的合理、合法利益,通过合法的、理性的、适度的方式表达自己对公共事务和政治过程的看法、态度并提出建设性意见和建议,从而推进公共事务管理和政治过程科学化、现代化的行为。有序性、政治性、行为性、主体特殊性是大学生有序政治参与的主要特征。

College students’ orderly participation in politics refers to the actions of college students who express their views and attitudes towards public affairs and political process.Besides,they make constructive comments and suggestions in lawful,rational,and appropriate ways,the purpose of which is to protect the reasonable and legal interests of themselves,their group and the country,so that the management of public affairs and political process will be promoted in a more scientific and modernized manner.This orderly participation is characterized by an orderly,political and behavioral nature together with the particularity of the main body.
