采用工作-家庭冲突量表、Conners儿童问题行为量表、亲子关系量表和亲密关系支持量表对508名幼儿家长进行测试,以探讨父母工作-家庭冲突对幼儿问题行为的影响机制.结果发现:工作-家庭冲突、亲子关系、问题行为及配偶支持之间彼此显著性相关;父母工作-家庭冲突可以通过降低亲子关系而预测幼儿的问题行为;配偶支持对父母工作-家庭冲突预测亲子关系和问题行为的路径有显著的调节作用.因此,父母工作-家庭冲突可以直接预测幼儿的问题行为,也可以通过亲子关系与配偶支持形成有调节的中介路径预测幼儿问题行为.
Abstract:The 508 parents have been surveyed with the work-family conflict scale, the conners-problem behavior questionnaire(the Edition for parents), the parent-child relationship scale and the spousal support scale to explore the relationship of parents' work-family conflict an preschool children' problem behavior. The results show that: Parents' work-family conflict, parent-child relationship, problem behavior and spousal support is significantly correlated each other. Parents' work-family conflict can predict preschool children's problem behavior through the mediating role of parent-child relationship. Spousal support can significantly moderate the predictive effect of parents' work-family to parent-child communication and adolescents' problem behavior. So parental work-family conflict can directly predict the problem behavior of young children, and can also predict the problem behavior of young children through the formation of a moderated mediation path between parent-child relationship and spousal support.
