银发产业高质量发展对开拓经济高质量发展新赛道，以及构建具有中国特色的现代化发展场景，具有深远的意义。河北省银发产业具有市场潜力大、产业基础好、协同空间广等良好基础，但依旧存在专项配套政策缺失、产业结构层次不高、优势产业链不完善等问题。在深入分析国内外不同地区发展银发产业的经验做法的基础上，研究认为河北省银发产业应选择营养食品产业、康复辅助器具产业、银发用品产业等重点赛道，采取制定相关规划及配套措施、加快谋划产业布局、培育银发产业主体平台等措施，力争形成“养老、为老、享老、备老”的多业态银发产业发展格局。

High-quality development of the silver industry holds profound significance for opening up a new track for the high-quality development of the economy and constructing a modern development scenario with Chinese characteristics. The silver industry in Hebei Province has solid foundations such as great market potential, a sound industrial base, and broad synergy space. However, it still faces problems including the lack of special supporting policies, a low-level industrial structure, and incomplete advantageous industrial chains. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the experiences and practices in developing the silver industry in different regions at home and abroad, research suggests that the silver industry in Hebei Province should select key tracks such as nutritional food industry, rehabilitation and assistive device industry, and silver product industry. It should adopt measures including formulating relevant plans and supporting measures, accelerating the planning of industrial layout, and fostering main platforms for the silver industry, and strive to form a multi-format silver industry development pattern featuring "elderly care, elderly support, elderly enjoyment, and elderly preparation".
