构建涵盖经济效益、服务质量、运营效率、竞争力与市场占有率维度的京津冀区域跨境物流协同发展评价指标体系，运用综合指数法、熵值法和TOPSIS法对2017—2022年京津冀区域跨境物流相关数据进行综合评估。通过实证分析发现：京津冀区域跨境物流的协同发展程度得到进一步提升，尤其在经济效益和服务质量方面表现突出。然而，区域内部存在时空差异，特别是河北在基础设施、技术创新等方面与北京、天津存在一定差距，影响了区域跨境物流的协同发展。因此，应从加强河北省跨境物流基础设施建设与技术升级、推动区域发展战略差异化发展、加强企业与政府的协作、加大对跨境物流行业人才的培养等方面促进京津冀区域跨境物流协同发展。

Through the construction of an evaluation index system covering economic benefits, service quality, operational efficiency and competitiveness, the comprehensive index method, entropy method and TOPSIS method have been used to comprehensively evaluate the relevant data of cross-border logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region during 2017—2022. The empirical Analysis finds that the level of cross-border logistics collavorative development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been further improved, especially in terms of economic benefits and service quality. However, there are spatial and temporal differences within the region,especially in terms of infrastructure and technological innovation between Hebei and Beijing and Tianjin, which affects cross-border logistics collaborative development. Therefore, efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of and technological upgrading of cross-border logistics infrastructure in Hebei Province, promote differentiated regional development strategies, enhance cooperation between enterprises and the government, and increase the training of talents in the cross-border logistics industry to promote the coordinated development of cross-border logistics in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
