生成式人工智能(GAI)深刻影响大学生创新。基于计划行为理论(TPB),构建包含个人创造力特质、使用动机及认知信念的框架,旨在预测大学生创新行为意向与表现。通过对962名大学生进行18周实验,在测量各变量后,按知觉行为控制分组水平进行干预,并布置开放性问题观察其创新行为。结合数据分析发现:行为态度、主观规范及知觉行为控制均显著正向预测GAI驱动的创新意向;创造力特质不仅能提升学生使用GAI进行创新的频率与深度,还会促使高创造力学生更倾向于对生成内容进行二次创新;内在动机则显著促进长期探索性创新行为。据此,建议高等教育转向创新赋能导向:构建以创造力为核心的教学模式,建立支持探索的学习生态,将AI驱动的创新能力纳入核心培养目标,通过课程体系、教学环境与制度机制的协同改革,培养能驾驭AI进行原创工作的人才。
Abstract:Generative Artificial Intelligence(GAI)exerts a profound impact on college students' innovation.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB), a framework encompassing personal creative trait, use motivation,and cognitive belief is constructed, aiming to predict the intention and performance of college students' innovative behaviors. An 18-week experiment is conducted involving 962 college students. After measuring various variables,interventions are implemented according to the grouping levels of perceived behavioral control. Meanwhile, openended questions are assigned to observe the students' innovative behaviors. Combined with data analysis, the following findings are obtained: Behavioral attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control all significantly and positively predict GAI-driven innovation intention. Creative traits not only enhance the frequency and depth of students' use of GAI for innovation but also make students with high creativity more inclined to conduct secondary innovation on the generated content. Intrinsic motivation significantly promotes long-term exploratory innovative behaviors. Based on these findings, it is suggested that higher education should shift towards an innovation-enabling orientation: constructing a teaching model centered on creativity; establishing a learning ecosystem that supports exploration; incorporating AI-driven innovation capabilities into core training objectives;through the coordinated reform of the curriculum system, teaching environment, and institutional mechanisms,cultivating talents capable of leveraging AI to conduct original work.
