百年大计，教育为本；教育大计，教师为本。为进一步强化新时代高校公共体育教师在“大思政课”建设中的主导作用，系统阐释了其课程思政必备素质的学理内涵，重点剖析了其核心能力构成，并科学探讨了其素质与能力的培育路径。研究以为，高校公共体育教师的必备素质涵盖课程思政意识、知识储备和德操修养；核心能力包括文字提炼能力、语言表达能力、科研能力等；培育向度应从全员参与营造思政氛围、创新方式涵养师德、评价反馈提升能力、科学研究激发动力等多方面着手。

Education is the foundation of a century-long plan, and teachers are the cornerstone of education. To further strengthen the leading role of public physical education teachers in universities in the construction of the "Great Ideological and Political Education" in the new era, this study systematically elucidates the theoretical connotations of the essential qualities required for integrating ideological and political education into their courses. It analyzes the composition of their core competencies, and scientifically explores the pathways for cultivating these qualities and competencies. The research suggests that the essential qualities of public physical education teachers in universities encompass awareness of ideological and political education in courses, knowledge reserves, and moral integrity. Core competencies should include written expression skills, verbal communication skills, and research capabilities. The cultivation dimensions should involve full participation to create an ideological and political atmosphere, innovative approaches to nurture professional ethics, evaluation and feedback to enhance competencies, and scientific research to stimulate motivation.
