摘要：
公众新闻要发展,须明晰公众新闻的性质和特点,寻找并确立公众新闻发展方向,探究公众新闻的独有发展规律,从而合理规划新闻栏目,塑造公众新闻产业品牌。
Abstract：To develop the public news industry,it is important to make clear of the public news' nature and characters,to find and determine its orientation and to explore its unique law of development,thereby planning news column rationally and moulding famous brands of public news industry.
