中巴教育交流的现实意义与战略意义

摘要:

巴基斯坦位于南亚次大陆,东北部与中国接壤,与中国长期保持着"全天候战略合作伙伴关系",中巴两国的教育交流由来已久。当前,以美国为首的西方国家加强对中国的打压和遏制,新冠肺炎疫情在全球范围内继续肆虐,面对新的国际局势,中巴教育交流显得尤为重要。首先,中巴教育交流可以维系传统友谊、深化两国人文交流,有利于两国教育取长补短、实现共赢,具有很强的现实意义。其次,两国教育交流有利于维护地区和平稳定、促进"一带一路"建设、加强与伊斯兰世界的合作、实现地区繁荣,在构建亚洲命运共同体方面具有重大战略意义。中巴教育交流取得了很大成就,但也面临挑战。面对当前局势,中巴两国更要携手并肩,共谋发展,努力实现民族振兴、强国富民的历史重任。

Abstract:

The educational exchange between China and Pakistan has enjoyed a long history. At present,western countries, led by the United States, are stepping up their efforts to suppress and constrain China, and the COVID-19 pandemic is still rampant around the world. In the face of the new international situation, the educational exchange between China and Pakistan is particularly important. First of all, China-Pakistan educational exchanges can maintain traditional friendship and deepen cultural exchanges between the two countries. It will help the two countries to learn from each other and achieve a win-win situation. It has strong practical significance. Secondly,educational exchanges between the two countries are conducive to maintaining regional peace and stability,promoting the construction of the "Belt and Road", strengthening cooperation with the Islamic world, and achieving regional prosperity. It is of great strategic significance in building an Asian community with a shared future. ChinaPakistan educational exchanges have made great achievements, but they also face challenges. In the face of the current situation, China and Pakistan must join hands to seek common development and strive to realize the historical mission of national rejuvenation, strengthening the country and enriching the people.
