采用比利时足底压力分布测试系统对1 328名7岁小学生足底压力进行了测评,然后通过运动处方对77名扁平足学生进行了为期12周的运动处方矫正实验,以了解当前小学生扁平足现状,并验证运动处方矫正扁平足的效果.结果发现:男生扁平足率为48.47%,女生扁平足率为39.81%,男生显著高于女生,有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生结构性扁平足率为1.61%,女生结构性扁平足率为0.47%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);男生柔韧性扁平足率为46.86%,女生柔韧性扁平足率为39.35%,有统计学意义(P<0.01);运动矫正使男女生扁平足Staheli足弓指数均显著降低,均有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生扁平足矫正率达到56.09%,女生扁平足矫正率达到36.11 %,男生扁平足矫正率高于女生,但无统计学意义(P>0.05).研究表明:7岁小学生扁平足发生率男生显著高于女生,运动处方矫正小学生扁平足有显著效果.
Abstract:The Belgian plantar pressure distribution test system is used to measure the plantar pressure of 1 3287-year-old elementary school students.Then 77 flatfoot students are subjected to a 12-week exercise prescription correction experiment through exercise prescription to understand the current status of elementary school students' flatfeet and verify the effect of exercise prescription to correct flatfeet.The result shows that the rate of flatfoot in boys is 48.47%,which is significantly higher than that in girls(39.81%,P<0.01).The rate of structural flatfoot of boys and girls are 1.61% and 0.47% respectively,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of flexible flatfoot,it is statistically significant(P<0.01),which is 46.86% in boys and 39.35% in girls.The exercise correction can decrease the value of Staheli arch index(P<0.01).The correction rate of flatfoot in boys(56.09%) is higher than that in girls(36.11%),but there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).The research indicates that the incidence of flatfeet in 7-year-old pupils is significantly higher in boys than in girls,and exercise prescriptions have a significant effect in correcting flatfeet in elementary school students.
