摘要:

教师专业发展在提升高等教育质量中起着十分重要的作用,也是最有效的途径。在河北省部分高校的转型过程中,应用技术大学教师专业发展仍面临一些困境。因此,结合河北省地方高校转型发展的实际情况,学校应优化教师专业发展激励机制,通过内部和外部激励的有效结合,不断完善在物质、精神、政策及环境方面相应的激励和保障策略,激发教师专业发展的内在驱动力,实现个人与学校共同的发展。

Abstract:

Teacher professional development plays a very important role in improving the quality of higher education, and it is also the most effective way. In the process of transformation of some universities in Hebei Province, the professional development of teachers in universities of applied technological is still facing some difficulties. Therefore, in combination with the actual situation of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities in Hebei Province, the school should optimize the teacher professional development incentive mechanism, and through the effective combination of internal and external incentives, continue to improve the corresponding incentive and guarantee strategies in material, spiritual, policy and environmental aspects to stimulate. The internal driving force of teachers' professional development to realize the common development of the individuals and universities.
