It is imperative to raise young teachers' vocational level and to create opportunities for them to take higher degrees,for teachers play a key role in carrying out quality education. And the improvement of the course and teaching should centre around students' ability of teaching, vocation and linguistic competence. While in extracurricular activities,much attention should be devoted to developing their creative power,practical competence,spoken English and ability of social intercourse.
