健康教育和HIIT联合干预肥胖女大学生的减肥效果观察

以高强度间歇性训练(HIIT)为实验手段,同时将健康教育纳入其中,旨在探讨联合干预方式对单纯性肥胖女大学生的减肥效果,为高校弱势群体体育教学改革和大学生肥胖控制提供实践和理论依据.选取50名肥胖女大学生为研究对象,分为干预组(n=24)和对照组(n=20),实验前后对学生的减肥信心、饮食行为偏好、久坐时间、身体质量指数(BMI)值等进行问卷调查和体格测量.结果显示:干预组和对照组学生在第8周减肥信心、吃早餐和夜宵天数、工作日久坐时间、身高等方面均无显著性差异(P>0.05);在第17周减肥信心、吃水果蔬菜天数、周末久坐时间、体质量、BMI值等方面存在显著性差异(P<0.01),尤其是干预组学生的体质量由78.6±9.7 kg下降为72.5±8.4 kg,BMI值由30.4±2.1 kg/m2下降到28.0±2.1 kg/m2,平均值分别下降了6.1 kg和2.4 kg/m2,说明干预组减肥效果显著.采用健康教育和HIIT联合干预方案可有效提高肥胖女大学生的减肥信心,减少久坐时间对女大学生成功减肥、巩固减肥成果具有重要意义.

Abstract:

Using high intensity interval training(HIIT) as an experimental method, and incorporating health education into it, the purpose is to explore the effect of joint intervention on weight loss of simple obese female college students, and to provide practice and theoretical basis for the physical education reform of vulnerable groups in colleges and universities and the control of obesity among college students. A total of 50 obese female college students are selected as the research object and divided into an intervention group(n=24), and a control group(n=20). Questionnaire and physical measurement of weight loss confidence, dietary behavior preference, sedentary time, and BMI,etc. are carried out before and after the experiment. The result shows that there are no significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in terms of weight loss confidence, the number of days to eat breakfast and supper, sedentary time on working days, and height in the eighth week(P>0.05); There are significant differences in weight loss confidence at week 17, days of eating fruits and vegetables, weekends sedentary time, body mass, and body mass index(BMI), etc.(P<0.01), especially the body weight of the intervention group students decrease from 78.6±9.7 kg to 72.5±8.4 kg, the BNI value decrease from 30.4±2.1 kg/m2 to 28.0±2.1 kg/m2, and the average decrease by 6.1 kg and 2.4 kg/m2, respectively, indicating that the intervention group has a significant weight loss effect. The joint intervention of the health education and HIIT can effectively improve students' confidence in losing weight and reduce sedentary time, which is of great significance for obese female college students to successfully lose weight and consolidate weight loss results.
