自主就业退役军人的就业创业过程虽然存在困境，但同样具备内外优势，并呈现出丰富多样的个性化发展。外在资源方面，该群体面临社会支持不足、政策落实不到位等困境，同时也拥有政府政策支持的优势；内在心理资源方面，该群体面临社会再适应、文化适应、身份转换等方面的困境，同时拥有高政治素养、意志品质、执行力等心理品质优势。调研发现，社会工作领域“优势视角”理论有助于激发个人内在动力。基于该理论，发展自主就业退役军人个性化就业创业路径，要搭建社会工作介入的政府与社会组织共同工作体，建立政府与自主就业退役军人群体的沟通机制，塑造优势人才队伍。

Although there are difficulties in the employment and entrepreneurship process of self-employed retired soldiers, there still are internal and external advantages, and it shows a rich and diverse personalized development. In terms of external resources, this group faces difficulties such as insufficient social support and inadequate policy implementation, but they has the advantage of government policy support. In terms of intrinsic psychological resources, this group faces the dilemma of social adaptation, cultural adaptation, identity transformation, etc., but they has the advantages of psychological qualities such as high political literacy, volitional quality, and executive ability. The survey finds that the "strengths perspective" theory in the field of social work can help to stimulate personal intrinsic motivation. Based on this theory, to develop the personalized employment and entrepreneurship path of self-employed retired soldiers, it is necessary to build a joint working body of the government and social organizations with social work intervention, establish a communication mechanism between the government and self-employed veterans, and shape the advantageous talent team.
