石家庄学院学报

近年来,河北省省会石家庄市在拓展城市空间、优化发展环境、实现跨越发展等方面取得了长足的进展,但是与省内其他城市相比,省会优势不明显。2014年京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略,石家庄市面临史无前例的发展大机遇,出台了《关于加快推进京津冀协同发展的实施意见》,进一步增强了石家庄的综合服务职能和辐射带动作用。在总体规划明晰的前提下,石家庄市应当重点发展交通、环境、支柱产业和人文关怀四个领域,引领河北省整体崛起,推进京津冀协同发展。

In recent years,Shijiazhuang,the capital of Hebei Province,has made great progress in the expansion of urban space,optimization of the development environment,and realization of leaping development. However,compared with other cities in the province,the provincial capital advantages are not obvious.In 2014,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has risen to national level. Shijiazhuang is facing an unprecedented development opportunity,and the government issued "Implementation Proposal to Accelerate the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region" to further strengthen Shijiazhuang's comprehensive service and radiation functions. Accordingly,Shijiazhuang should focus on developing the traffic,environment,pillar industries and humanistic care,and take the lead in the overall rise of Hebei Province,promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
