师生关系是在教育场景下形成的特殊关系,它既是一种伦理关系,也是一种情感关系。构建健康、和谐的新型师生关系,是促进教育的平衡发展的重要因素,是我国现代教育的目标和任务之一。我国目前的师生关系存在诸多问题:师生代沟扩大;考试制度下盛行"服从式"师生关系;师生间缺乏情感交流。为改变这一状况,可采取以下策略:强化信任感,促进师爱型师生关系的形成;突出学生的主体地位,实现师生关系的人性化互动;回归"平等"的教育思想。

The teacher-student relationship is a special kind of relationship under the educational circum-stances. It is not only an ethic relationship but also an emotional one. To construct a new type of healthy and harmonious relationship between teachers and students is an important factor for promoting balanced development in education and is also to be one of the goals and duties of our educational undertaking. However,many problems have appeared in the current teacher-student relationship in our country:the expanding generation gap between teachers and students;the prevailing"subject-type"teacher-student relationship under the examination system;and the lack of emotional communications between teachers and students. To change this situation,efforts should be made to strengthen the sense of trust and promote the formation of " teacher-loving-type" teacher-student relationship; moreover,methods are to be taken to highlight the dominant position of students,achieving personal interaction of teacher-student relationship and education thought of"equality".
