参与社会管理创新已经成为检察机关"三项重点工作"之一。从宪政的视角来看,检察机关参与社会管理创新的本质是对国家权力结构体系的微观调整,其根本目的是更好地保障公民权利。检察机关参与社会管理创新要依法和适度,其角色应该定位为重要参与者和法律监督者。另外,检察机关参与社会管理创新,要立足本职工作,积极拓延职能,重视公民参与,加强自身建设。

Participating in social management innovation has become one of the three priorities of the procuratorial organs.The procuratorial organs get involved in the social management innovation from the perspective of the constitutional nature of the micro-adjustment of the system of state power structure;fundamental purpose is to better protect the civil rights.The procuratorial organs involved in social management innovation should be in accordance with the law and moderate,and its role should be positioned as an important participant and legal supervisor.Their participation in social management innovation should be based on their own work,actively extend functions,emphasize citizen participation,and strengthen self-construction.
