目前动漫产业已成为地方经济发展规划中的一部分,被视为新的经济增长点。石家庄市依托当地的政治、经济、文化、地理位置等优势和"国际动漫节"这个载体,近年来在动漫产业方面取得了较快的发展。但仍面临产业链构造不均衡、人才培养吸收力度不够、政策扶持局限性、对文化资源缺乏创新利用等问题。要培育石家庄市动漫产业的竞争力,更好地推进动漫产业的发展,市政府应做好长期产业规划、明确政策扶持方向,净化市场,同时重视优秀动漫人才的培养吸收,积极倡导品牌带动、对外交流。

As a new source for economic growth,the animation industry has become an important part of local economy development project.Shijiazhuang,relying on the local political,economic,cultural geographical advantages and the carrier of the international animation festival,has made rapid development in animation industry in recent years.But it is still faced with a lot of problems,such as imbalance of the structure,inadequate cultivation and introduction of talents,limitations of government policy,and lack of innovation in using the cultural resources.In order to boost competitiveness for the development of animation industry,the government should do a long-term planning,define the direction of policy support,and purify market circumstances.Meanwhile,it should focus on the training and introduction of outstanding animation talents.Besides,the government should actively promote the brand-led effect and encourage foreign exchanges.
