“新工科+人工智能”时代应用型高校双创人才培养新模式

摘要:

针对新工科和人工智能时代中国社会对创新创业人才需求的新变化,深入分析当前应用型高校双创教育所面临的困难和挑战,提出“横向融合+纵向递进”的创新创业人才培养新模式.这一模式以人工智能技术为驱动,通过更新教育理念和创新人才培养方法,将创新创业教育与专业教育有机融合,实施全面的人才培养改革.在具体实施中,以计算机专业为改革主力,联合强关联专业进行多学科交叉融合的培养方案与课程体系改革,建立“四维一体”双创导师团队,构建多元化的创新实训支撑平台.新模式的实施不仅有助于学生更好地适应新工科和人工智能时代的需求,还有助于推动应用型高校在人才培养领域的创新,提高教育质量并提升竞争力.

Abstract:

In response to the evolving demands for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the era of new engineering and artificial intelligence in Chinese society, after conducting a comprehensive analysis of the challenges currently faced by applied universities in the context of entrepreneurial education, it introduces a new model for nurturing innovative and entrepreneurial talents, coined as the "horizontal integration + vertical progression" model. It is driven by artificial intelligence technology and involves the revitalization of educational philosophies and innovative talent development strategies. It seamlessly integrates entrepreneurial education with specialized education, initiating a comprehensive reform in talent cultivation. In practical implementation, with the main force of reform, it is necessary to collaborate with strong related majors to carry out interdisciplinary and integrated training plans and curriculum system reforms, establish a "four dimensional integration" team of innovation and innovation mentors, and build a diversified innovation and training support platform. The implementation of the new model not only aids students better adapt to the needs of the new engineering and artificial intelligence era, but also promotes innovation in talent cultivation in applied universities, improves education quality, and enhances competitiveness.
