利用Suzuki反应制备得到三苯胺三吡啶(TPPA),通过季铵盐成盐反应制备得到超分子荧光探针(TPPA-DBB).通过核磁质谱仪、红外光谱仪、紫外-可见光度计、荧光光谱仪、动态光散射测试仪和激光共聚焦显微镜等对产物进行表征.结果表明:TPPA-DBB超分子荧光探针表现出很好的聚集诱导荧光性质(AIE)和长斯托克位移.细胞成像结果显示:TPPA-DBB超分子荧光探针是一种与DNA强力结合的荧光染料,并且具有很好的生物相容性.
Abstract:A supramolecular fluorescence probe(TPPA-DBB) is obtained by using a quaternary ammonium salt formation reaction with triphenylamine tripyridine(TPPA) obtained by Suzuki reaction. The product is characterized by nuclear magnetic mass spectrometer, infrared spectrometer, UV-visible spectrophotometer, fluorescence spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, laser scanning confocal microscope. The experimental results show that the supramolecular fluorescence probe exhibits good aggregation-induced fluorescence characteristics and has long Stokes shift. Cell imaging results show that supramolecular fluorescent probe is a dye powerful combinating with DNA and has a very good biocompatibility.
