菲利普斯曲线和奥肯定律揭示了宏观经济发展中失业率、国内生产总值、通货膨胀率之间的内在联系,为宏观经济预警与调控提供辅助作用。中国2000-2010年的经济指标与菲利普斯曲线、奥肯定律原理不完全对应,且2008-2010年我国经济发展趋势呈明显的波动状态,这与世界金融危机、国家宏观政策等因素息息相关。因此,为保证经济的平稳较快发展,我国应增强通货膨胀率的监控,完善通货膨胀预期管理体系;加强汇率及流动性管理;加快经济发展方式转变。
Abstract：Phillips curve and Okun's law reveal the inner relationship between unemployment rate,Gross Domestic Product and inflation rate in macro-economy development,playing a supplementary role in the macroeconomic early warning and regulation.China's economic indicators from 2000 to 2010 do not exactly correspond with the principles of Phillips curve and Okun's law.Moreover,the economy development trend from 2008 to 2010 presents obvious fluctuation state,which is influenced by the world financial crisis and nation's macroeconomic policies.To ensure the stable and rapid development of economy,China should take measures to strengthen the monitoring of inflation rate and improve the management of inflation expectation system,to enhance the management of exchange rate and liquidity,and to accelerate the alteration of economic development pattern.
