近年来,户外露营持续升温,“露营经济”逐渐成为新的消费热点。以大众点评网、携程旅行网、小红书及抖音平台上的游客评论和游记数据为依据,基于扎根理论,开展石家庄市露营旅游游客体验感知质量评价。研究发现:石家庄市露营旅游游客感知质量总得分为3.355分(满分5分),其露营旅游质量仍有进一步提升的空间;对比7个主范畴权重,发现“营地吸引物”权重最高,其次为“营地设施建设”,这2个关键主范畴对露营旅游游客体验具有决定性影响;22个初始范畴的得分和权重表明,石家庄市露营地的活动以亲近自然和家庭亲子为主导。基于此,提出提升石家庄市露营服务质量的相关建议,以此推动石家庄市露营旅游高质量发展。
Abstract:In recent years, outdoor camping has continued to gain popularity, and the "camping economy" has gradually emerged as a new consumption hotspot. Based on tourist reviews and travel notes from platforms such as Dianping, Ctrip, Xiaohongshu and Douyin, this study evaluates the perceived quality of tourist experience in camping tourism in Shijiazhuang using grounded theory. The findings show that the overall perceived quality score of camping tourists in Shijiazhuang is 3.355 out of 5, indicating that there is still room for further improvement in the quality of its camping tourism. By comparing the weights of seven main categories, it is found that "camp attractions" have the highest weight, followed by "camp facility construction", and these two key main categories exert a decisive influence on camping tourists' experience. The scores and weights of 22 initial categories reveal that activities at camping sites in Shijiazhuang are dominated by nature-oriented experiences and family-parenting activities.Accordingly, relevant suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of camping services in Shijiazhuang, so as to promote the high-quality development of camping tourism in the city.
