建立与运行内部质量保证体系既是高职院校贯彻落实“双高计划”的题中应有之义,也是培养数字经济人才的创新机制。高职院校应以诊断与改进为思路,在教育顶层设计中制定系统化多元主体、动态化螺旋上升、周期性常态化的制度,在行动落实中创新诊改工作运行模式、实施内外联动诊改计划、组建诊改大数据技术团队,在人才理念传导中营造参与氛围、构建监控体系、强化意识自觉,让制度转化为行动,让行动升华为文化,培养出更多创新型高水平数字经济人才。
Abstract:The establishment and operation of internal quality assurance system is not only the meaning of the implementation of the "double high-levels plan" in higher vocational colleges, but also the innovation mechanism of training digital economy talents. Taking diagnosis and improvement as the idea, in the top-level design of education,a systematic system with multiple subjects, a dynamic spiral, and a periodic and normal system should be formulated.In the implementation of the action, the operation mode of diagnosis and reform work should be innovated, the internal and external linkage diagnosis and reform plan implemented, and the big data technical team of diagnosis and reform should be established. In the transmission of talent concepts, an atmosphere of participation should be created, a monitoring system should be built and consciousness should be strengthened, transforming the system into action, sublimating the action into culture to cultivate more innovative and high-level digital economy talents.
