京津冀协同发展战略为石家庄的城市建设创造了新的发展机会.石家庄在对行政区划进行调整后,需要构建"一核+四片区"的城市体系,其中藁城子片区以藁城为中心,通过整合深泽县、无极县、晋州市、辛集市等形成.县级行政区域内的城镇体系间要进行高效整合,最终形成"lb+ln+△"构成的"枣核"形城镇体系,将藁城东部、无极南部、深泽西南部、辛集西部和晋州中北部等区域整合在一起,成为藁城子片区的主体区域.在藁城区内要分两步逐步强化乡镇中心地的联系程度:第一步要将"廉州镇+南董镇+兴安镇"整合在一起,第二步要将"岗上镇+丘头镇+南营镇"整合在一起,在子片区内更好地发挥引领和辐射作用.藁城子片区在构建城镇体系过程中要根据县级行政单元间的联系,将东部区域的深泽县、辛集市与中西部区域的藁城区、无极县和晋州市等中心地的关系处理好,促进藁城子片区城镇体系形成.

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy creates new development opportunities for the city of Shijiazhuang. After the adjustment of administrative divisions, Shijiazhuang's city system of "one core +multi-center" pattern has been forming. Among this development frame, Gaocheng is the center of Gaocheng sub area, which is formed through the integration of Shenze county, Wuji county, Jinzhou city and Xinji city. Urban system within county-grade administrative area needs effective integration, in the end bay way of "lb+ ln+ △ " constructs the jujube seed shape urban system, integrating east Gaocheng, south Wuji, south-west Shenze, west Xinji and mid-north of Jinzhou together, becoming the main area of Gaocheng sub area. Whithin Gaocheng district, the relationship among all the town centers should be strengthened based on two steps: The first step is integrating "Lianzhou town + Nandong town + Xingan town", the second step is integrating "Gangshang town + Qiutou town +Nanying town", which can play a better role of leading and radiation in the sub area. In the process of constructing Gaocheng urban system, it is necessary to deal with the relationship better between Shenze, Xinji of the west area and Gaocheng, Wuji and Jinzhou of the mid-west area, based on the relationship among administrative areas to promote the formation of urban system Gaocheng sub area.
