红色文化资源是中国共产党在革命、建设、改革进程中形成的具有历史价值、纪念意义、教育意义的物质资源和精神资源，是党百年来艰辛而辉煌奋斗历程的最好见证。数字化时代，数字赋能红色文化资源创新性转化是推进红色文化资源可持续发展的重要趋势。系统梳理了石家庄红色文化资源的特点，对数字赋能石家庄红色文化资源创新转化进行了成效分析，针对其所面临的“政策支持引导薄弱”“资源整合数字化程度不高”等问题，从加强顶层设计、加强资源整合、推动数字化开发、打造融合新业态4个方面提出数字赋能石家庄红色文化资源创新转化的路径。

Red cultural resources are material and spiritual resources with historical value, commemorative significance, and educational significance that have been formed by the Communist Party of China in the process of revolution, construction, and reform. They are the best witness to the Party's arduous and glorious struggle over the past century. In the digital age, innovation transformation of digital empowerment of red cultural resources is an important trend for the sustainable development of it. Based on a systematic review of the characteristics of red cultural resources and an in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges of the innovative transformation of red cultural resources in Shijiazhuang City, four pathways are proposed for the digital empowerment of the innovation transformation of red cultural resources, namely, strengthening top-level design, enhancing resource integration, promoting digital development, and creating integrated new business models, in response to the problems it faces such as "weak policy support and guidance" and "low degree of digitalization in resource integration".
