由于中西方的生存条件、文化背景不同,其公民道德观形成的基础和内容也呈现出各种差异,揭示出中西方公民道德观各有偏颇和侧重。偏颇和侧重是各种社会问题的来源,于是中西方开始积极地吸取对方的优点来弥补自己的不足,使得原来殊途的中西方公民道德观同归到一个方向上来。所以应客观地看待中西方公民道德观,学习、吸收、借鉴先进的思想,形成和谐社会所应有的公民道德观。

Due to the differences in living condition and culture background between Eastern and Western countries,outlook on citizen morality differs in its base and content of forming.The differences reveal biased aspects and special emphasis respectively,which are the origin of social problems.East and West have actively learned each other’s advantages to make up for disadvantages,making both advance toward the same direction.Therefore,outlook on citizen morality between Eastern and Western countries should be objectively treated.Through studying and absorbing advanced methods,outlook on citizen morality required by harmonious society can be formed.
