Knowledge-based economy is a type of economy which depends on knowledge resources' possession,distribution,production and use.It is characterized by knowledge,informationalization and globalization.These distinctive characteristics of knowledge-based economy have created opportunities for university moral education reform,and also sent challenges.In order to meet the requirements of knowledge-based economy,we need to build a new moral education system to achieve the innovation of objectives,contents,methods and management.Thus,the comprehensively-developed and high-quality personnel for the knowledge-based economy development can be well cultivated.
