培养具有创新精神和实际工程能力的制药人才是社会发展的需要.地方院校如何通过培养模式的创新,培养出符合地方经济建设需要的制药人才是一个值得探讨的问题.地方院校应用型制药人才的培养,应根据市场需求和毕业生的实际岗位的知识和能力的需求构建培养方案、调整优化课程体系,探索新的人才培养模式.
Abstract：The cultivation of pharmaceutical talents of innovative spirit and practical ability is the need of social development. It is an important issue for local colleges and universities to train pharmaceutical talents suited to the local economic construction through the innovation of training mode. Cultivating application-oriented talents should be based on the actual position of demands of market and graduates' knowledge and ability. Efforts should be made to work out cultivation plan,adjust and optimize curriculum system,and explore a new personnel training mode.
