学校的发展离不开一支充满活力、高素质和有效率的教师队伍。新加坡的教师专业发展通道、教师培训和评估奖励等政策在新加坡学校人力资源建设上发挥了重要作用。反观国内的教师发展政策,在教师发展的路径、培训体系、评估和奖励制度等方面还不尽完善。学习并借鉴新加坡的教师专业发展政策,改进我国的师范教育及教师评估、培训、激励机制,有利于改进我国教师专业发展状况并不断提升教师队伍整体素质。
Abstract:Any college cannot well develop without teachers of high quality,vitality and working efficiency.In Singapore,the approaches to teacher’s professional development,the teacher training,evaluation and rewards are playing an important role in the human resources construction of schools.In comparison with China,the above aspects need to be improved.We are therefore required to draw on the experience of Singapore’s policies of teacher’ s professional development so as to improve the teacher’s quality comprehensively and promote their professional development.
