特级教师的成长是内外因共同作用、长期磨砺的结果,实现自我价值和职业理想是其成长和坚守的内在动力源泉。特级教师作为教师教育的宝贵资源,其成长机制对在校师范生的培养具有重要的启示:加强职业理想教育,培养奉献精神;强化实训环节,提升从教能力;注重阅读习惯的养成教育,提高终身学习能力;完善"双导师"制培养,发挥一线优秀教师的引领作用;开展朋辈教育,实现多赢效果。
Abstract:The growth of special-grade teacher is the result of internal and external factors, undergoing a long process of tempering. Achieving self-worth and professional ideal is the inner power source of their growth and persistence. As a valuable resource of teacher education, the growth mechanism of special-grade teacher has important effect on the cultivation of normal school students. The first effect is to strength the professional ideal education, developing their spirit of dedication; the second to strength the practice, enhancing their ability of teaching;the third to pay attention to the development of reading habit, improving their ability of lifelong learning; the fourth to improve the Two-instructor System training, playing a leading role in the line of outstanding teachers;and the last to carry out the education on peers, achieving the win-win results.
