河北省农村的环境污染不容忽视,各种污染不仅影响了农民的身体健康,也不利于新农村建设,尤其不利于落实京津冀协同发展的要求。在建立生态保护规划协调机制背景下,河北省生态环境存在着制度上、意识上、监管上的问题。为治理农业农村污染、建设美丽乡村,河北省应探索生态和经济协调发展之路,开展农村人居环境整治,增强广大农民的环保意识,充实农村环境治理资金支持,构建河北省生态环境法治新体系,全面、科学有效地解决河北省农村生态环境问题。

The environmental pollution in rural areas of Hebei Province cannot be ignored. All kinds of pollution not only affect the health of farmers, but also are not conducive to the construction of new rural areas,especially not conducive to the implementation of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. In the context of the establishment of an ecological protection planning coordination mechanism, the ecological environment of Hebei Province has problems in terms of system, awareness, and supervision. In order to control agricultural and rural pollution and build beautiful villages, Hebei Province should explore the coordinated development of ecology and economy, carry out the improvement of rural human settlements, enhance farmers' awareness of environmental protection, enrich rural environmental governance funding support, and build a new ecological environment rule of law in Hebei Province system, comprehensively, scientifically and effectively solve the rural ecological environment problems of in Hebei Province.
