石家庄高校外语专业毕业生就业呈现机遇与挑战并存的态势。一方面，石家庄近年来经济强劲发展，产业结构不断优化，对外语类人才的需求不断增加；另一方面，高校毕业生面临就业领域相对集中、就业岗位面临替代性危机、就业意愿偏向保守、就业实践能力不足等问题。为此，石家庄高校应通过优化专业与课程设置、加强职业指导、改革实习环节、拓展第三产业就业渠道等对策，逐步解决外语专业毕业生的就业问题。
Abstract：The employment of foreign language graduates from universities in Shijiazhuang presents both opportunities and challenges. On one hand, Shijiazhuang's economy has been growing rapidly in recent years, and the continuous optimization of its industrial structure has led to an increasing demand for foreign language professionals. On the other hand, college graduates face issues such as relatively concentrated employment filed,substitution crises in employment positions, conservative employment intentions, and insufficient practical abilities in employment. To this end, colleges and universities in Shijiazhuang should gradually solve the employment issues of foreign language graduates by optimizing majors and curriculum settings, strengthening vocational guidance,reforming internship processes, and expanding employment channels in the tertiary industry.
