教育乱收费已日渐成为人们关注的焦点性社会问题。其主要表现为日益增长的“择校费”,名目繁多的“学杂费”,持续上升的国有民办收费,政府部门的乱收费等。这主要是由于教育经费投入严重不足,教育资源的配置失衡,巨大利益的诱惑,教育腐败的需求及教育收费体制的弊端等造成的。要解决这一“顽症”,办好让人民满意的教育,必须标本兼治,综合治理。
Abstract：The problem of the improperly-charged school fees has aroused general concern.It results mainly from the grave shortage of funds,the unbalanced distribution of educational resources,the temptation of huge profits,the malpractic of fee-charging system and the corruption in education.Only by seeking expedient and fundamental solutions and comprehensive administration can this problem be solved.
