摘要：
河北省中小学的科技教育活动在全国处于中下游水平,课题组在调查的基础上提出了河北省中小学 生科技教育活动普及与发展的策略措施。
Abstract：The Group have investigated the scientific and educational activities state in the middle and primary schools in Hebei province. During the investigation, we know their educational activities are at lower level. So we suggest that the scientific and educational activities should be popularized and developed at the basis of investigation.
