埃米尔·菲舍尔在生物化学领域的成就探析

摘要:

埃米尔·菲舍尔,杰出的化学家和生物学家,在19世纪末20世纪初对糖、嘌呤、蛋白质、立体化学等进行了大量的基础性研究,1902年获诺贝尔化学奖.笔者介绍了菲舍尔的生平、科学成就以及他对德国化学工业的影响.

Abstract:

Emil Fischer,an outstanding chemist and biologist,carried out much fundamental work on sugars,purines,proteins,stereochemistry and several other areas of chemistry in the late 19th century and early 20th century.He was awarded the Nobel Prize for chemistry in 1902.The paper reviews his life and scientific achievements as well as the profound effect on German chemical industry.
