新时代产业工人思想政治教育的境遇与应对之策

摘要:

产业工人思想政治教育是落实产业工人队伍建设改革举措的重要抓手,对于保障工人党员素质、提升思政引领实效、激发工人主人翁意识、完善工会管理职责意义重大。新时代经济、政治和文化领域出现了一些新变化,对产业工人思想政治教育的性质与效果、目标和内容、主体认知产生了深远影响。在教育实践中,要秉持"双主体"理念,提升教育者主导性,深挖受教育者自主性;紧扣"立德树人"根本任务和新时代工人队伍建设目标,合理确定教学内容;坚持正反并举、虚实结合原则,有针对性地选采教学方法与手段,从而不断提升产业工人思想政治素养、提高思想政治教育实效。

Abstract:

The ideological and political education of industrial workers is an important starting point to implement the reform measures of the construction of industrial workers. It is of great significance to guarantee the quality of workers' party members, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political guidance, stimulate workers' sense of ownership and improve the management responsibilities of trade unions. In the new era, there have been some new changes in the main fields of economy, politics and culture, which have exerted a profound influence on the nature, effect, goal, content and subject cognition of the ideological and political education of industrial workers. In educational practice, we must uphold the concept of "dual subject", enhance the dominance of educators, and dig deeper into the autonomy of educated persons; closely follow the fundamental task of "cultivating people" and the goal of building a new era of workers, and reasonably determine the content of teaching; Adhere to the principle of promoting both positive and negative, and combining the false and the actual,and select teaching methods and means in a targeted manner, so as to continuously improve the ideological and political literacy of industrial workers and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
