理论与实践属于运动训练"事物内部的矛盾",是从唯物辩证法的角度来思考运动训练理论的发展符合事物发展的规律.研究发现项群理论是理论研究更是方法学研究,它是横跨在同类项目上的"桥";传统周期理论和板块周期理论是在考虑运动员竞技能力变化特点的基础上相互依存、相互交错的关系;"双子模型"示意着竞技能力的根本是追求"平衡","协同"是在"平衡"思想指导下采用的措施、手段和办法;以体能为本和以动作为纲代表两种不同训练理念,两者的有效融合才能呈现最佳竞技表现.

Theory and practice is two contradictory sides inside the sports training theory. It conforms to the law of development of things to think about the development of sports training theory from the perspective of dialectical materialism. Study finds that event-group theory is not only theoretical research but also research methodology,which is the "bridge" coming across the same kind of sports event. The relationship between the traditional cycle theory and board cycle theory is interdependence and mutual intersect on the basis of considering the change characteristic of athletes competitive ability. "Twin model" indicates that the fundamental pursuit of the competitive ability is "balance"; "coordination" is the measure, means and way under the guidance of "balance". Taking the physical fitness as basis and the motion as outline represent two different training concept, only effectively integration of which is the best athletic performance.
