通过对旅游业危机管理系统价值的论述,从组织机构、行业内部结构等方面,论述了旅游业危机管理系统的构成要素,对旅游危机管理的系统结构进行了构思,提出了实施旅游危机管理的基本路径即在于从“旅游安全”和“旅游产业安全”2个方面进行全面的考察与审视.

Through the commentary description of the value of tourism crisis management system,and based on the structure of organization and industry,this article illustrates the elements of crisis management system of tourism industry,carries on the idea to the tourism crisis management system structure,puts forward the implementation of the basic way of tourism crisis management and makes an all-around investigation and survey of "tourism security" and "tourism industry security".
