核心自我评价与员工工作态度的关系研究Study on the Relationship between Core Self-evaluation and Work Attitude of Employees

摘要(Abstract):
采用核心自我评价、工作满意度、工作倦怠问卷为研究工具,对1 010名企业员工进行问卷调查,探讨核心自我评价与工作满意度、工作倦怠的关系.结果表明:核心自我评价与员工工作满意度存在显著正相关,与工作倦怠存在显著负相关,且能够有效预测员工的工作满意度和工作倦怠.
